I was 19 when I walked into United Bank for Africa (UBAgroup.com) with a two-year diploma and no experience. They put me behind a counter and told me to sell mobile banking to people who came in to withdraw cash.

That is where I learned that the right message to the right person at the right moment changes everything.

Four years at the bank. I left knowing how to read people and get a yes. Then I moved into digital outreach and eventually ran my own agency. I was doing everything myself. Research, outreach, follow-up, managing clients, managing results. I watched the founders I worked with doing the same thing. Buried in the work that was supposed to bring them business. Managing research. Managing follow-up. Managing tools. All of it running through them.

That is not a people problem. That is a systems problem.

So I built a system that handles everything before the conversation starts. The right targets identified. The right message sent. The right people responding.

Is this just lead generation?

No. Lead generation stops at contact data. This is the full process from identifying the right targets to the conversation that follows.

How does this actually work?

We start by getting precise on who you are trying to reach and what a qualified conversation looks like. From there I build the list, write the outreach, configure the system, and run it. You receive warm replies and booked conversations. You do not manage the process that produces them.

Will this affect my LinkedIn reputation or email deliverability?

This is one of the first things I protect. Outreach runs in controlled batches with deliberate pacing. LinkedIn activity stays within safe usage parameters. Email is sent from properly warmed infrastructure with domain authentication in place. Nothing goes out that would flag your account or land in spam.

Do you use automation?

Tools are used to manage sequencing and scheduling at scale. The targeting, the messaging, and every decision about who gets contacted and when are human. Automation handles delivery. Judgment handles everything else.

Will people know this is outsourced?

No. Outreach goes out under your name, your brand, and your voice. The process is invisible to the people receiving it. All they see is a credible, well-timed message from you.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes. Most engagements involve sensitive mandates, client identities, or proprietary investment criteria. Confidentiality is standard, not optional.

What access do you need?

For LinkedIn outreach I need access to your profile or a dedicated outreach profile. For email I need a sending account set up on your domain. Beyond that: your investment thesis or ICP, any existing CRM data you want to work from, and clarity on what a qualified conversation looks like for you.

What kind of results should I expect?

Realistic ones. Outbound is not instant. The first few weeks are about building infrastructure and establishing deliverability. Qualified replies typically begin in weeks two to four. Consistency builds from there. I do not promise a number. I promise a system that runs properly, reported honestly, and adjusted based on what the data shows.

How is this different from hiring a VA or a lead gen agency?

A VA executes tasks. An agency runs volume. This is one operator who owns the strategy, the targeting, the messaging, and the execution. No handoffs and no dilution between what was agreed and what gets sent. The person you brief is the person running the system.
